No additional fees apply if an appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
If a booked appointment is canceled at short notice within the 48 hours prior to the appointment, a no-show fee of:
Consultation appointment, initial assessment, individual session, 60 min. 120 euros
Consultation appointment, follow-up appointment, 30 min. 60 euros
Consultation appointment, couples counseling, 60 min. 120 euros
will be charged.
