An appointment is considered booked once the practice has confirmed it by telephone or in writing.
No additional fees apply if an appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
If a booked appointment is cancelled at short notice within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a no-show fee of:
30-minute consultation appointment: 60 euros
60-minute combined consultation appointment: 120 euros
will be charged.
