Cancellation Policy:

Registrations are recorded upon receipt and are binding. You will receive a written confirmation of registration and an invoice from me. The invoice amount is due one week after the invoice is issued. If payment is not received, the course place will be released. The place is only secured once the course fee has been received.

For the cancellation of a course by the participant, the date of receipt of the written cancellation applies. The following fees will be due upon cancellation:

Up to 60 days before the start of the course: processing fee of EUR 25
From 60 to 31 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fees
From 30 days before the start of the course, the entire course fee must be paid, and no refund can be issued.

In the event of cancellation by the participant, the course fee will be credited towards another course of their choice.
Should a course have to be canceled due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or illness of the lecturer, the participant will receive full credit of the course fee towards an alternative course, to the extent that they have already paid it by that time.
However, the participant has no further claims, e.g. for reimbursement of travel and hotel costs already booked by them or other costs. Notification of the cancellation of a course will be announced as early as possible.

It is not permitted to record or film the courses electronically. We ask that you refrain from using mobile phones in the classroom.
